Enerjihack is an interactive website that provides its users with news, opinion columns, statistics, academic information, and other services through its website. For all of the mentioned services to be fully provided, users are required to comply with the site’s terms of use. These terms are stated below.

NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• Once the information specified in the newsletter membership form is accurately filled out, periodic information, news, opinion columns, and promotions will begin to be delivered to you. If you have previously subscribed with the same email address, your subscription to the latest newsletter will not be accepted.

• The email address, your first and last name that you voluntarily provide while subscribing to the newsletter constitute your personal information. Enerjihack and its business partners will use this information to deliver the service you receive and to announce new products and services.

SHARING OF NEWS AND OPINION COLUMNS
• The general and special news shared on the Enerjihack website, along with the photos, videos, and opinion columns of Enerjihack writers used in the news, may not be shared on any platform without written permission. Sharing the news on the Site in another environment in a way visible to everyone through other methods that current technologies make it easy to obtain information on the web (frame-I-frame) is prohibited. Legal action will be taken against the individual(s) who violate this rule.

The following are prohibited in the comment sections for news and opinion columns shared on the Site:

• • Posting information or engaging in behavior that another user finds false or misleading, or that constitutes illegal activities, threatening, obscene, defamatory, humiliating, or insulting behavior,

• • Posting obscene content,
• • Posting content that provides information about illegal activities such as illegal weapon manufacturing or use, invasion of someone’s privacy, or creating or providing computer viruses,
• • Posting content related to commercial activities and/or sales such as contests, betting, bartering, advertising, or pyramid schemes,
• • Posting content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any individual or group,
• • Insulting someone, defaming them, praising crime or criminals, soliciting prostitution, or posting false, misleading, or inaccurate statements intended to harm private companies, associations, public institutions, or organizations is prohibited.

PRIVACY
• Enerjihack declares that it will not share your personal information with third-party institutions or organizations except for newsletter subscription, the specified limitations, and legal obligations. It declares that it takes security measures that are widely accepted as standard to prevent the information provided from being obtained by third parties without permission. However, due to legal obligations, the information you have provided must be stored by Enerjihack.
